libakonadi-dev software package provides development files for the Akonadi PIM storage service, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libakonadi-dev
libakonadi-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libakonadi-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libakonadi-dev *
You will get with libakonadi-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
